Back in school I used to be really athletic and I loved running. I still do, but I'm extremely out of shape. I can only run about a mile before I feel everything in me shutting down. My time sucks, my body sucks and my running formation is poor.
My new goal is to run each day at least once to start. To get in shape and to work my way back to my old time in cross country running. Feeling the wind in my face and the pavement beneath my feet and leaving every problem behind in the dust I kick up.
I already went for a run today, but it was so hot I could hardly breathe. Now that it's cooled down I am going for another run. I am officially in training.
