On my List of 101 things there are some small things that don't really have to be planned out. Also there are some big goals that need to be planned out and prepared for. Therefore, Monday I decided to start on #98: complete the 200 sit ups challenge. So Monday the 28th I will begin the 6 week program for the 200 sit ups challenge. This program is not just about sit ups; it is about building your core strength and building core endurance. The 6 weeks consists of a very structured exercise regimen and in the end I will be able to complete 200 consecutive sit ups without stopping.
